Custom Skin- Saber Riven from Fate/Zero

I was wondering if anyone was well versed enough with custom skin making to change the loading screen splash and HUD Portraits from the Mediocre current ones to parts of this better splash.

The Current Skin: http://leaguecraft.com/skins/41463-saber-riven-fixed-with-particles.xhtml

Many Thanks in Advance (Hopefully)

If you install a custom skin installer, there's a working skin of it which I linked. I just want to see if anyone is nice enough to change the sub-par loading screen art on it.
