League of Legends Health/Mana Visualizer for Razer Blackwidow Chroma

Hi, I wrote a little app that gives you an overview over your cooldowns, health and mana on your Razer Blackwidow Chroma (Click on the link to see a video). I'm currently reading these values out of the memory wich was made extremely hard since the latest patch came out. Is there any possibility to get access to those values?
