[Champion Concept] Kate & Kane - The Troublemakers of Bilgewater

"Kate and Kane are for most people of Bilgewater a thorn in their flesh. While most like Gangplank or Miss Fortune fight and stand for Bilgewater becoming a strong and reliable society - Kate and Kane fight against. For some reason many think it is their stubbornness that brings them to rebel against. But in truth Kate and Kane fight for a cause that most have forgotten since the Institute of War was created - Pirate's pride.

Born and raised in poverty and by a few good souls in Bilgewater, Kate and Kane are a pair like no one else. Abandoned by their parents, Kate and Kane had it always rough in their childhood, but not only because of that. Kate and Kane were born with a genetic defect, causing that their eyes were shining. Thus society dissociated from them even more, until Kate and Kane unlocked their hidden potential once when a ruthless pirate attempted to kill a young boy on the streets. Without a weapon nor guidance, she summoned magic - magic which imbued her fist and made the pirate fall and die.

Since then Kate and Kane were rumored to be heartless killers, which in fact was partially true, then what began as an act of good will, ended up in falling for insanity. Kate and Kane were not only siblings, but also twins who never left each others side, which made their bond very special - maybe too special. When Kane once kept a look on a woman far too long, Kate punished him by taking out his left eye. After the incident, Kane swore Kate eternal loyalty.

Kate and Kane's motive joining the Institute of War was to show Runeterra the true Pirate's pride. Like they say, nowadays people drink rum and trade their wares and call themselves pirates. Pirates, as they stated, are ruthless and dangerous - they murder and loot, this is the only joy for a true pirate."

##Champion Explanation - Kate & Kane, the Troublemakers of Bilgewater

• Kate & Kane (Shortcut: KK / Double-K / KaKane / Katen) are unidentical twins with a very deep boundary, maybe too deep...
• Kate & Kane are pirates who murder and loot like ... real pirates. Even though they use guns, they empower their skills by using magic.
• "Katen" are a fresh type of Marksman and partially Assassin due to the tricky mechanic and burst potential, best played on bot or top, perhaps mid too.
• KK's special appearance in the League is shown like this: When they walk, they very closely go together, with each left and right arm hugging their backs, walking simultaneously. When they enter combat or attack, they immediately turn and lean on their backs, while each one of them uses a gun/rifle with one hand in the direction where the target is. For example: There can be a other enemy behind them, they will switch the hands but won't turn 360° around.
• Kate & Kane are somewhat "tricksters" which is very uncommon for Bilgewater or an pirate, but due to the magic talent that they have unlocked, they can use them to dodge bullets and infuse their bullets with additional damage.
• Because most pirates like Gangplank and MF focus more on uniting Bilgewater, Katen tries to create chaos hence calling the Pirate's Pride on their side.
• The strange relationship between Kate & Kane relates to some of the Manga/Anime and few stories about strange sibling love. However, Kate feels more for Kane, but Kane loves her as her sister, thus making it awkward and complicated, which is also seen in their quotes.
• It is said that most of the recent attacks on other countries were caused by Katen's direct moves and influence, thus making them partially responsible for the bad reputation of Bilgewater.
• Kane's appearance, moves and voice are similiar to Dante from the Devil May Cry series. Kate on the other hand, is similiar to "Lady" from Devil May Cry 3 when it comes to voice and acting.

Each dash that goes through enemy Champions will deal 70/110/150 (+50% total AD) physical damage. While the Ultimate is active, Kate & Kane are unable to activate SSSidestep. ##Explanation & Personal Opinion That this Champion is a twin-champion/dual-champion is alone enough to say that it is a niche not existant yet. While it is true that Kate & Kane's kit might have some strong power inside - it isn't that overpowered as most might think.

Take SSSidestep as example: SSSidestep can be used to create two sources of damage, but in other hand is THE ability to escape. While most other Marksman like Vayne, Ezreal, Tristana, Lucian, have one ability to dodge/escape, Kate & Kane have only one besides of the Ultimate. A very high risk Champion which can award when played well.

Let's take an explanation of their abilities: If you use SSSidestep, you command Kane as a non-controllable (somewhat) turret to deal damage. If you use it too often, you'll lose the ability to teleport to Kane once you need to escape.
If you use the Ultimate, you can open tricky mechanics like SSSidestep does.

Let's see.. a common situation as Kate & Kane is following: You use SSSidestep, you attack as both standalone Champions one target, you have increased damage on the upperhand and great chance to trick and outsmart your opponent. The same goes for the Ultimate Trickster, which is similiar to SSSidestep, in which case you can again attack a enemy with both sources.
If you however use SSSidestep and Trickster in a combination, you can trick the enemy team and escape. But if you fail or use it too often, you can only use one time Kane to appear and deal double damage with you.

Over all, Kate & Kane are strong against close-combat enemies like Fighters (Riven, Darius, ecetera), close-ranged enemies like Marksman/Fighters (Jayce, Quinn, Vayne, Lucian) and the mechanic allows also to counter some of the Supports (Karma, Leona, ecetera). Kane can act as a decoy, blocking projectiles or abilities that were meant to hit Kate instead.

Kane (in combination with previous quote - after second attack on enemy Champion) "Don't be arrrrwkward sis'!"
Kate (in combination with previous quote) "Shut up bro.."

Ingame - Joke:
Kane pokes on Kate's back and Kate looks in the opposite way of Kane - then she finds out that her brother poked her to see in that direction and blushes and screams with a angry and squeaky voice "ONIIIICHAAAAAAN!!!" (Oniichan - japanese word for older brother)

Ingame - Taunt:
Kate "My fortune is yours for the taking.. in one piece - do or die!"
Kate raises her guns and threatens "Even the heart of my brother is colder than your weapon - HIT ME!"
Kate "Hihi, you can't stand a chance"
Kane "What are you waiting for? For my decay?"
Kane "Challenge this lady and you'll mess with me!"

Ingame - Laugh:
Kate starts laughing out loud and Kane gets dragged to laugh too - because of the awkwardness, he attempts to laugh terrible loud, until Kate sends her ellbow into his stomach to stop him.

Ingame - Dance:

Special Interactions:
*If Kate & Kane uses their Q while both are split, both will say simultaneously * "BULLET RAIN!".
If Kate & Kane uses their E, she will say "Come back safe, please oniichan!".

If Kate & Kane meets Gangplank, Kane says "Uhh Kate look, a fake pirate", "Do you still boast being a captain by stabbing a old man in the back?".

If Kate & Kane meets Miss Fortune, Kane will pipe and then Kate says "You want to lose another eye?". "I dare you to seduce Kane - or I'll cut your throat".
