Caz, the Other "Secret Weapon"

“Hey, I am assuming you can guess who I am considering my little title they gave me. Caz, the Other “Secret Weapon”? Really? Anyways, I am Zac’s twin brother, kind of. Considering we were engineered in a weapon lab, we aren’t exactly brothers, but we were made with the same goop so I like to think I have family somewhere in this world. Considering my brother was taken by those hippies, I was left behind and the real experiments started happening. They got bored with the whole, “MAKE HIM A TANK!!!!” No, they made me something else… Something… I enjoy more! You guys know Jax right? Jackass that thinks “He’s the champ?” Yeah, you know how he has that stupid little lamp post as a weapon? They took his skills, and put them into me. So instead of having my goopy hands to fight like my brother, I can transform my hands into any weapon I want! You need a staff to beat the living hell out of people from long range? OKAY! Need a sword so you can slice and dice? I’m your man… or… blob? Need someone to shoot a guy from far away? Or do you need a weapon no one has even thought of yet? You people are so limited to your permanent forms. But me… Just think of it, and I can be it! This is just a little message to you.. Summoners. I am coming. And when I get there, I won’t be there for long. I am grabbing my brother and we are leaving. Get in my way, you die. Got it?”
So, you’ve met Caz, our Other Experiment. He isn’t exactly friendly considering we made him into a weapon. But then again, we MADE him so you’d think he would be at least a little happy. That’s the key difference between Zac and Caz. Caz was made after Zac started moving around. We wanted… an army. So we started making more Zac’s, but something went wrong when they reached a certain point. Zac’s material’s were apparently an error making him unique and seeing as we can’t recreate that, we started making a new blob. The thing we call Caz. He was super hyper. Almost like a teenager on crack. So he ripped his way out and.. slaughtered the scientists. He somehow managed to know about Zac, maybe some sort of bond they have through their goop? We don’t know. All we know is that there is a super hyper and insane monster roaming around wondering where his brother is. If you see him, run away. He will kill you but before he does he will torture you. Ask you where his brother is, and then either strangle you, slit your throat, or do something else horrible…. That’s what happened to everyone in the labs at least… No one made. One man as he was dying though, yelled out the League of Legends. I don’t know if he is headed that way, but if he is, you’d better find someone that can beat him, or run far, far away, because he is a force to be reckoned with.
Hi, I am Shwoop here with another Champion that I think would add another interesting little relationship. Why not have Zac, the big goof that he is, have a twin brother! Cept, he is an AD champ instead of AP? You can kind of imagine these two in a lane. Zac bouncing around, dispersing them, then Caz transforming his arm into a Sword with his W and beating them, then his Q, which is his Staff, and then his Slingshot, which is his E. Then again, Riot actually has to see this for them to like… you know, do it? I don’t know, I like it when champions interact with each other in the game. Like how Aatrox and Tryndamere act together? Or maybe Graves and Nocturne?
Abilities:
Passive: Each time Caz changes his arms into a different weapon, his powers are increased. Each of these transformation effects lasting for 5 seconds each. 1 Transformation: Increased attack speed by 10% 2 Transformations: Increased range basic attacks 3 Transformations: Increased movement speed by 5%
Q: Looks like I’m Up to the Plate! Caz’s goop is formed near his hands to resemble a staff or a bat. This giving him 50 increased range from basic attacks, and when he attacks his opponent on his first strike, it does 50/60/70/80/90/100% more damage based on his attack damge and because of the impact of the strike, it makes them limp for a little bit, making them slowed by 15/20/25/30/35% for 3 seconds.
W: Wanna get Cut!? Caz’s right hand gathers some goop and creates a sword. In this form, he gets increased attack speed by 30/40/50/60/70%. His first strike on his enemy counts as a double strike, a lot like your friend Master Yi.
E: Think I can’t hit you from here? Think Again! Caz’s arms become a runway for flying pieces of himself. This giving him the ranged attack but on his first attack, he shoots an AOE anywhere within his sight. This blob of goop acts as if it were a grenade and exploding on impact. Then pieces of it latch onto enemies and hurt them over time. AOE will do 50/75/100/125/150+(50% AD) on impact and the slime that attaches to the enemy does 25/50/75/100/125+(50% AD)
R: Time for a Surprise! Caz becomes a monstrosity and travels towards an enemy! When he latches onto the set enemy, he expands and then collapses onto the enemy. Squashing them in his ball of pain. Enemies around him during this that get stabbed by the spikes coming out of his body, take half the damage that the target is taking. The “Surprise” does 250/285/320+(60% AD) and then 125/142.5/160+(40% AD) to the enemies around him.
Counters: Now when you think about it, Caz is a Bruiser. The really good way to counter him is to silence him or be able to stun. This way he can’t transform and do TONS of damage to you. He can’t jump to you, so if you can keep your distance, you should be fine. All you have to do is worry about his staff and his ranged AOE and you should be fine.
Fun things when playing him: If an enemy gets close to you, you have a wide variety to open up with. You can W them, for the slow, Q them for the double hit and then E them for the ranged AOE and DoT plus Ranged attack. This way if the enemy gets within close proximity to you, you can unleash your combo and get up with them when they run because of your passive.
Thoughts? This guy isn’t written in stone, hell, you might be the first reading this. All I want is either approval or judgement. I want Rioters/Summoners to see this and just give incite.
