Featured game mode suggestion

Hey guys, so I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but I'll get straight to the point. My idea is to have a "Build your own champion" kind of game mode where before you join a game you can choose other champions abilities and mix and match it to well... build your own champion. For example, I could have a champion with: Riven's Q, Master Yi's W, Yasuo's E, and Ezreal's R. Of course, some combination of abilities would be too overpowered, but that shouldn't be too hard to fix. As for the champion, I think the champion model should just be a regular guy in a hoodie, each player with a different color model to make the idea of building your own champion even more realistic. As someone with little knowledge of anything computer related, I'm not sure how realistic or possible this idea itself is, but It sounds pretty damn fun to play and focuses on a more strategic aspect much like building a deck in a TCG.
