Vote for President Lucian! (Skin concept)

Throngs of people, humans and yordles both, crowd the audience hall. At one end of the room, a stage, complete with podium and flag - for now, it remains empty of anything else. Suddenly, a door flies open at the side of the stage, and the resulting blast of air causes a ripple in the stagnant flag. Conversations die down quickly as a lone figure strides across the stage. The only sound in the room is the click of the man's shoes. He reaches the podium, then turns and faces the assembled crows. The figure is Lucian. Utter silence dominates the hall, as he examines the masses in attendance. Minutes seem to pass under his gaze. Then, he speaks:

"I will bring change to the League."

For this skin idea... well, it's pretty much exactly what it sounds like. Lucian as President, resplendent in a formal suit and tie. His twin guns could be replaced with two ordinary handguns, while his voiceover is transformed with inspirational presidential quotes. And if Riot could get him voiced by President Obama.... well, that would be a nice bonus!!

"There's change in the air."

"Would you like some universal healthcare with that?"
