                                         I have been wanting to submit an idea for a league champion that I created and balanced. I unfortunately don't have art for him or a lore yet. I do have all his abilities, how they work, cool-downs, the price to use them, the balance of damage with each level added to it.I have his actual stats like his starting health,attack speed, damage, health regeneration,armor,magic resist, and movement speed. And to include into that, I also have how much he gains in each of those stats per level(except the movement speed of course). I could really use help making a character look and a weapon for him to use (blade like but original anything, looking for any ideas really). If anyone is looking to help, I will post all his abilities, stats, and cool-downs.Also if you would like to help me create a better caption at the end than "The Forgotten" please share with me.Before I forget, if anyone decides to help me make a lore or they make one, try to include something having to do with putting a cursed mark upon his heart or somewhere on the body so that his ultimate ability will make sense.
                                          Just in case anyone wants to know what he does right away, here are his abilities and so forth.(All ideas I will listen to, so please post!)

Passive: For every 12% of health he is missing, he gains 0.8/1.5/2.5/3.0 armor and magic resistance.

Q: He slams his weapon forward in a direct line dealing 80/115/160/200/230 (+%40 of attack damage.) damage. Anything in the middle of the casting range will be slowed by %35 for 1.5 seconds and if they are hit at the end of the casted ability range, it will be knocked up for 0.5 seconds and applying the slow affect afterwards.

Q Cool-downs: 14.0/13.2/12.4/11.6/10.8 seconds. Q health usage: 8% of current health.

W: passive: 1% lifesteal bonus (+1% per level) W: Active: lifesteal bonus doubled for 5 seconds

W cooldowns: 9.6/9.2/8.8/8.4/8.0 W Health usage: free

E: He pushes off the ground, sliding in the direction of the cursor.If he hits any enemy target,he will be stopped and hits the enemy struck in the opposite direction a short distance and dealing 60/80/110/140/160 (+%80 of ability power).

E cooldowns: 12.2/11.4/10.6/9.8/9.0 E health usage: 6% of current health

R: he latches his cursed mark upon a single target for 8/9/10 seconds and he deals 15/25/35 % more damage to that target.

R cooldowns: 110/100/90 seconds R health usage: free

well it would help if you gave us the abilities or something to go off of then i would love to try to help you

Idk, i wanna say that the lifesteal bonus is too much but then you look at nasus' passive and there isnt much you can really say. he seems like a jungler, and a fairly good one at that.

i was thinking someone kinda buff like braum but with a huge hammer that has markings on it and he's shirtless with the curse mark on his chest where his heart is.

then with his q the animation shows him slamming the hammer (maybe it will extend) then where the handle and staff part of it is thats where it will slow and where the head of the hammer is thats where it will knockup.

with his w his hammer markings could change colors when you first get the w so then enemies know he has the bonus and the markins will glow when you activate the active.

then with his e he puts the head of his hammer on the ground and throws himself forward with it.

then with his ult his curse will glow on his chest and he'll point his hammer at the champion he is cursing and while the enemy is cursed his curse will continue to glow.

if theres any confusion on anything im saying just ask me and i'll clarify. im also trying to think up a good lore. i want to try to involve another champion in it.
