Elios, The Boy of the Profecy
So hello this is a champion with mechanics i always dreamed to see in the league , and i say it now im so sorry for my english and my spelling ;D , and if anyone have anything he think need to be changed ( even if it lore or spell name) tell me please . ( THe champ is highly inspired of the Portal Game )
Elios Story , It isnt the Lore : One day a mystical creature came to Valoran holding a small baby . The Creature then left the baby alone in the streets of Noxus. A homeless Oldman found the baby crying and also found a small letter next to the child , The Letter said that the baby is a special boy named Elios and that this kid is from another dimension and that he must survive because one day will acomplishe a Profecy . The Oldman decided to keep the baby and to treat him like his son . Years passed and Elios realised that he isnt like any normal child , he had some strange power that nobody else have . Yhe old man who felt that his last day is comming decided to tell Elios the Truth about him and how he is supposed to accomplish a Profecy . After Knowing this Elios decided to leave the oldman without even thanking him for all what he has done and left him to folow his own path . After Month Of searching he found the only place where those with unusual gifts are adored ,The League of Legends , he decided to join it with the hope of finding a way to accomplish the profecy.
Lore : Elios came to league of legends by his own will , No one knows where he came from , or why he came , What he loves or What he hates But The Only thing everybody knows about is that he may look like a small harmless kid but his power Is more than astonashing.

Elios IG :
Passive : Atacks From another dimension Elios basic attacks deals an additional 4%/7%/ 12%/17%/22% ( at level 1/4/8/12/16 ) of the Elios AP as magic damage )
Q: Interdimension Ball Elios sends forth a ball of energy from his dimention that explodes upon hiting an enemie dealing (70/110/140/190)+60% of ap. (if it passes from a Portal ) It stun the target
Z: X Portal Elios Open A blue portal (like Jayce Acceleration Gate but smaller and radius must like the jayce acceleration gate radius ) for several seconds (2/2.25/2.5/3) Intercepting Enemies projectile and making it comeback on its owner dealing 25%/27%/30%/33% of the damage it shoudlve done if it hit Elios . If Elios Q passes from the Blue Portal It have an additional effect If Red portal is Opened the Blue one cant be destroyed until the Red one is destroyed ( they get destroyed by time only they cant be hit by enemy champs )
E: Y Portal The E can only be used if a Blue portal is open . Elios Opens a Red Portal for several seconds(2/2.25/2.5/3) who is linked to the first one and if anyone pass in one is teleported to the other (Even Enemies can pass in it) . (The Radius of the E is the same as the Radius of the Kalista ulti after the ally is teleported to her) when Elios or Allies pass from the Red Portal they gain additional movment speed but if Enemies pas they have decreased movment speed
R: Inter-Galactic Death Hole Elios Open A Hole In the Ground that slowly atracts enemies to the center ( as big as Malzahar pool) and the first enemie that touch the center go in another dimension losing 22%/25% 30% of its Maximum health and become Unusable and untagetable for 2/2.5/3 seconds .
