[Character Concept] Naio, the Forgotten Challenger

This was a character idea created by me Crimson Hatchet. Enjoy the Idea & Pls Riot if you look at this Consider the Idea, I am willing to change any of it just to get this idea into your books.

Lore:

Naio was born on any normal day in the city of Redbear, roughly 300 years before the Fields of Justice began (In what is now the Shadow isles). The large city was bustling and one of the most fortified locations in the entire world. Naio grew up just like any other child; curious, well educated, and even a troublemaker. By the age of twelve she was given her first pair of blades and sent to the barracks for early training. On days she wasn't doing this, she spent time in the archives. Within the archives were many heroic tales, history, and forgotten arts which Naio began to study. By the age of sixteen she was already leading armies and conquering nations. One cold winters evening Naio returned home from a long skirmish and was approaching the large fortress she called home, she heard a scream. A shrouding mist had risen over the hills and another scream let loose. Naio saw approaching from the mist a young girl. The girl screamed again and all the other soldiers reached for their ears and fell to their knees. But Naio seemed fine. Then from the mist came men on horseback and garbed in only dark robes. Naio rose her sword only to find herself knocked senseless. Three-Hundred years later Naio awoke to find herself floating in mid air. She realized she was underwater. The green light created an eerie feeling. She swam up to the surface and was shocked. All of the trees had died and a mist encircled the plain. Naio got out of the water and began wandering. For hours she searched but to no avail. Then she spotted the shore. The sun shone on this part of the island. Naio began to swim and after what felt like ages, she climbed up onto the other side. A group of people spotted Naio and retrieved her. They returned to a nearby fishing village. Now Naio knew that she was no longer in the age she had known. Naio began to take control of the village until she had the loyalty of the entire place. At this point: The Fields of Justice had heard about this up and comer and decided to invite Naio to the League of Legends, which was unusual for the reason that Naio had not proven herself in battle yet. Naio accepted with gratitude but it was obvious that there were hidden intentions behind this decision.

[Passive]- Has +1% attack damage per 30 minion/monster kills.

[Q]- Destiny: Naio shrouds target area in mist for 6 seconds. All attacks done by Naio in this area deal +20% attack damage. Type: Area affect/skill shot, Cd: 10 seconds.

[W]- Shadow Challenger: Reduce target minion/weak monster's health to half and apply following affects/ Ally minion: You gain +3% lifesteal for 6 seconds. Enemy Minion: Naio gains +10% attack speed for 5 seconds. Type: Target, CD: 10 seconds

[E]- RedBear Signet: Naio dashes to target enemy knocking them up and 5% of their maximum health to them. Type: Target, Cd: 7 seconds.

[R}- Naio summons a horde of peasants to help her. They last for 15 seconds or until all of them are killed.(Peasant stats are lower) Type: Summon, CD: 150 seconds.
