New champ idea Cam

Cam, the Camouflaged combatant

Cam is a new style of champ based off of a chameleon. he walks on two legs and works off of camouflage. he is a Tanky melee/assasin

passive- camouflage whenever he enters the brush he gains camouflage while in the brush he passively gains camouflage up to 50 stored points(5 per second) then it gives him stealth until he basic attacks releasing the camouflage as bonus physical damage this lasts for up to 5 seconds

Q- unseen force:he goes into stealth gaining movement speed and activating his passive then leaps onto a specific target dealing 70/90/110/140/170(80% attack damage) physical damage this move also deals 20% more damage if he strikes from behind Ex: champs, minions or wards on both teams. also this procs item bonuses such as life steal and critical strikes.

W- sticky tongue: he launches his tongue at a target dealing 80/90/110/130/160(90% attack damage) physical damage then it snares them and brings them to him. snare lasts for 1.5 seconds

E- acid mucus: cam sprays acidic mucus that slows and reduces armor and magic resist by 10/15/25 for 4 seconds in the ground area of effect(in a circle) as well as poisoning all the targets affected

R- Reptilian instincts: cam taps into his reptilian instincts raising his attack damage 20/35/50 armor and magic resist for 15 seconds

Cam,

Cam is a humanoid chameleon from a tribe in shurima desert that was thought to have died off centuries ago but Cam survived and is the last of the forgotten tribe. Cam although he knew he was the only one he always wondered why he had been the only one who had survived so he made a perilous journey to kumungu jungle where he stumbled upon the bestial huntress herself nidalee who was trying to protect her cougar friends from a band of noxian poachers so he snuck up behind and took out the poachers and made a new friend who in turn taught Cam about the league and brought him to the institute of war to sign up.

Cam release skin could be like Rango basically a cowboy chameleon he'll be called Dusty dunes Cam.

and his regular skin could be like an African tribesman warrior

base stats -hp 450 (+80)per level -hp regen 7 (+.65)per level -attack damage 54 (+3) per level -attack speed 0.7 (+2.55%) per level -armor 15 (+4) per level -magic resist 30 (+1.25) per level -movement speed 345
