New champ idea Cam

Cam, the Camouflaged combatant

Cam is a new style of champ based off of a chameleon. he walks on two legs and works off of camouflage. he is a Tanky melee/assasin

passive- camouflage whenever he enters the brush he gains camouflage while in the brush he passively gains camouflage up to 50 stored points(5 per second) then it gives him stealth until he basic attacks releasing the camouflage as bonus physical damage this lasts for up to 5 seconds

Q- unseen force:he goes into stealth gaining movement speed and activating his passive then leaps onto a specific target dealing 70/90/110/140/170(80% attack damage) physical damage this move also deals 20% more damage if he strikes from behind Ex: champs, minions or wards on both teams. also this procs item bonuses such as life steal and critical strikes.

W- sticky tongue: he launches his tongue at a target dealing 80/90/110/130/160(90% attack damage) physical damage then it snares them and brings them to him. snare lasts for 1.5 seconds

E- acid mucus: cam sprays acidic mucus that slows and reduces armor and magic resist by 10/15/25 for 4 seconds in the ground area of effect(in a circle) as well as poisoning all the targets affected

R- Reptilian instincts: cam taps into his reptilian instincts raising his attack damage 20/35/50 armor and magic resist for 15 seconds

Cam,

Cam is a humanoid chameleon from a tribe in shurima desert that was thought to have died off centuries ago but Cam survived and is the last of the forgotten tribe. Cam although he knew he was the only one he always wondered why he had been the only one who had survived so he made a perilous journey to kumungu jungle where he stumbled upon the bestial huntress herself nidalee who was trying to protect her cougar friends from a band of noxian poachers so he snuck up behind and took out the poachers and made a new friend who in turn taught Cam about the league and brought him to the institute of war to sign up.

Cam release skin could be like Rango basically a cowboy chameleon he'll be called Dusty dunes Cam.

and his regular skin could be like an African tribesman warrior

base stats -hp 450 (+80)per level -hp regen 7 (+.65)per level -attack damage 54 (+3) per level -attack speed 0.7 (+2.55%) per level -armor 15 (+4) per level -magic resist 30 (+1.25) per level -movement speed 345

I dunno dude, I think there are more original ideas out there with much more interesting concepts...

Your passive is not that great when compared to certain other characters, and either would have too much damage from the brush as an assassin or not enough to make up for the time spent in it. Khazix would beat Cam here in that his passive activates whenever the enemy team loses sight of him (this includes entering brush they haven't warded) or he pops his ultimate, and gets the full effect immediately.

The Q sounds like a watered down version of Rengar 's ultimate, albeit a more diverse set of targets, but still. How long would the stealth last, would it have any additional benefits including increased movement speed or maybe additional damage on attack?

W snare is a skillshot or a specific target spell? What's the cooldown? Why does he have a Leap and a Pull?

What kind of Area of Effect is E? Is it a circle, a line from the champion to the target area? How large is it if it's a targeted area of effect, and how long is it if it extends from the champion?

R is a sort of berserk effect, I get that, but how much attack damage, ability power, and magic resist is he getting for 15 seconds?

Do you have any sort of picture or general idea what he could look like beyond just a text-based description?

Why did Cam make the trek from the Shurima Desert, his home, to the Kumungu Jungle? Do you honestly think Nidalee would have many problems with Poachers? He might be able to take down one or two but Nidalee's spear throw could essentially one-shot even their best and then the others would probably run in fear as they recognized the infamous League Champion.

Overall, as with almost every champion, there is potential here, but you haven't tried to really pressure the coal into the diamond it wants to be. Take some time, try to look at champion abilities a bit more, see how they work and try to make more precise descriptions than 'cam sprays acidic mucus that slows and reduces armor and magic resist for 4 seconds in the area of effect' because I don't know if it's like KogMaw 's Void Ooze (he throws up acid in a line in front of him) if it's like Talon 's Rake (A cone in front of him) or Chogath 's Rupture (a ground-targeted area of effect)
