[Champion Concept] Poral and Nomaly, The Linked Gemini.
(Backstory here, abilities below.)
Poral and Nomaly are astral beings beyond the concept of time and space, brought together by strange happenings on the planet Runeterra. After arriving, they were shortly greeted by an ever-friendly
, showing them the ins and outs of their world. Poral, ever cautious took this information in, but not without keeping an ever-close eye on the chronokeeper, Nomaly on the other hand was all eyes-and-ears as she looked around, in pure awe of the many mechanisms inside of his tower. With their brief tutorial of the world finished, they had but one goal set in motion; to join this "League" that was spoken of, and discover just what was causing the disruptive of the cosmos.
(Yes I realize it's short, but it can be developed later. xD I wrote all this in 7 minutes.)
So, gameplay wise, this is my idea. A champion that starts out as one, but later can be switched with the other. A very gold-heavy pair of champions, as each of their item sets, health, and mana, are completely separate. The "expected" jobs for the two of them are as follows: Poral, a Tank, Fighter, Chase with Melee attacks that scale mostly off of AD, while Nomaly is a ranged mage that can fill either the support or traditional ranged mage damagers role, with abilities mostly scaling off of AP.

Nomaly Base Stats: Health: 410 (+70) Health Regen: 4.8 (+.7) Mana: 225 (+50) Mana Regen: 9 (+.9) Attack Damage: 50 (+4) Attack Speed: .77 (+3.6%) Range: 525 Armor: 24 (+2.8) Magic Resist: 55 (+5.8) Move Speed: 345
Abilities:
- Passive; If recently switched places, Poral and Nomaly receive bonus movement and attack speed, diminishing over time. (Move speed increase 20% over 5 seconds. Does not stack, only refreshes.)
Q - Cleansing Burst: Range 1200 - Mana 30/45/55/60/65 - Cooldown 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 - Projectile speed 1800 - Magical Damage (80% AP) (Heal is 70%) Nomaly releases a charged burst towards the mouse. On impact, it deals damage and applies on-hit effects, or heals the target, depending on if enemy/ally.
Q - Cleansing Rush: Range 375 - Mana 30/45/55/60/65 - Cooldown 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 - Slow 10/15/20/25/30 over 2 seconds - Physical Damage (80% AD) Poral dashes towards the mouse, dealing on-hit effects on impact. This attack stuns the unit and slows all units around them for a time.
W - Stellar Wave: Range 1000 - Mana 60 - Cooldown 15/13/11/9/7 - Slow 10/15/20/25/30 over 2 seconds/Movement increase 5/10/15/20/25 (10/15/20/25/30 if Poral runs through) - Magical damage (100% AP) After channeling, Nomaly releases a wave of plasma that damages all enemies in a large cone in front of Nomaly, slowing and damaging those inside, while increasing the movement speed of any allies inside it. Bonus speed increase if Poral is affected.
W - Stellar Slam: Range 800 - Mana 60 - Cooldown 15/13/11/9/7 - Physical Damage (100% AD) Poral slams the ground in front of him in a cone sending a shockwave on the ground, damaging nearby units. A heal is received based on how much damage all units received.
E - Quasar Wrath: Range 1500 - Mana 90 - Cooldown 8 - Magic resist 20/30/40/50/60 (25/35/45/55/65 for Poral) - Magic DoT dealing 25/40/55/60/75 (+60% AP) to a targeted area floating above the ground, radius 175. (The floating status is so that it cannot be jumped over.) Length that it stays up 4/5/6/7/8 Seconds. Nomaly creates a vortex in an area, damaging all units inside for the duration. Allies in this field gain bonus magic resist. The magic resist is increased for Poral.
E - Quasar Shock: Range 200 Radius on the ground beneath the initial location - Mana 80/85/90/95/100 - Cooldown 10 - Physical Damage (100% AD if a direct hit is applied, 75% if a unit is hit in the shockwave.) Poral Jumps up, becoming untargetable for .80 seconds, before dropping down, damaging and knocking up all units in an immediate area while a shockwave comes out, damaging nearby units.
R - Gemini flip: Mana - 100/125/150 of the Current champion's mana - Cooldown 30/20/15 The Summoner switches control between Poral and Nomaly. (This is not given at level 1, but level 6, 11, and 16, like most other ultimate's. The ability itself deals no damage, but leveling it does cut the cooldown time.)
Criticism would be greatly appreciated, as I'm new to League of Legends, do -not- know most of the champions and their abilities, and am trying to make difficult to use, but highly rewarding champions. Any and all feedback would be appreciated.
