Gauge - The Tinkerer
Disclaimer: I suck at doing out the proper math and stats for the character and or skills, please do not rage at me if they seem overpowered/under powered stat wise, this is not my thing and i really don't think its too important for just a concept. Enjoy the read.
Gauge is a damaging carry champion, Gauge is light weight character that loves to tinker, he uses a multitude of different traps and contraptions to stop his enemies in their tracks. Gauge is a genius when it comes to his creations, he wields his own custom gun that can transform into a blade at a cost, he also wields in his arsenal a decoy machine that allows him to confuse his foes while protecting him from some potential far ranged hits. He also carries a drill bot that will dig a impassible circle around a location if the enemy can not jump out of it for a few seconds. Lastly his best friend in "crime" is Police Capture Unit 404 or as he now calls him Gears. He may or may not have stolen this bot and reprogrammed it during his escape from a certain Piltover prison but that's another story. Gauge does have a lustful personality for a few people in the League but he prefers to keep his social life on a down low that way he spares the pain when he goes to kill them. (Some bot's are not in this, this is a draft idea for his basic general description).
Skills may be in ideas because i could not decide a definite skill for each, so currently he may have multiple idea skill sets.
**Skills: **
[Passive Idea 1] (Overburn) - Using up your auto attacks will increase the burn bar on the below your health bar, once the bar reach's 100% your attack speed will go down by half during this time, you will need to wait 2 seconds for it to cool down completely and 1 second for it to cool down halfway.
[Passive Idea 2] (Scavenge) - Your skills and summons will require metal to be usable, you will start out with a base of 100 metal scraps and will go down each time you use a skill. You also have a personal collector bot that has a 2 hit (auto or spell) life span but will re spawn every 30 seconds, this bot will go out and collect metal for you and has a high base movement speed, it gathers metal in 1 (which is about maybe 5 or 10 metal maybe lower) at a time. Metal will re gen slowly over time also.
[Q Idea 1] (Surge) - While holding the sword you use your sword and slam the ground on the next enemy targeted doing immense single target damage and slight aoe damage to other enemies and shredding some of the original targets armor. While holding the gun you shoot out a single straight line huge bullet in an area and once it impacts with the first enemy it hits it will damage them and surrounding units and pierce all of the enemies hit.
[Q Idea 2] (?) - Open for ideas.
[W Idea 1] (Police Bot) - Your reprogrammed police bot is summoned until killed, it has 5 health hit bar (effected by spells and auto attacks), This bot will attack anything you attack with its default gatling gun (its range is your range in this mode) which will deal single target damage but shoot fast while if toggled it will change to its next form a flame thrower in which it will have a extremely shorter range and aoe damage, its final form is a morter mode which it will charge and hold up to 3 mortars that it will shoot delayed at the target your attacking (It will take a ok (maybe 2-3 seconds?) travel time to get to the location that your attacking).
[W Idea 2] (??) - This was an old idea to swap the Gun/Sword changing from W to R and vise versa.
[E Idea 1] (Decoy) - You will throw out a decoy that will either A) Taunt for half a second and have a 2 hit spell or auto attack health span and last for 3 seconds blocking skill shots like a dummy if alive or B) have a 5 health hit and last for 6 seconds but have a possible 2 - 3 charging that can be thrown out. (They all have the hit radius of your character as they are "clones" of you).
[E Idea 2] (Dig Bot) - You throw out a dig bot and it will dig a impassible "path" of dirt to and around the target location (like this if your the x, x ------O O is the target area/circle it digs.), champions can jump/flash out of the "wall".
[R Idea 1] (Conversion) - You convert your gun into a blade giving different stats and effects. The gun will give you bonus attack speed but weaker base damage while the blade gives higher base damage but slower attack speed, also the gun will overheat at a faster pace than the blade but gives a much higher range and it will pierce the first enemy hit and the one behind it with its high powered shots while the blade will overheat less while piercing through the enemy in hits armor and health by a small %. (If metal no overheat and maybe a metal cost per attack and if no metal then you take slight damage per shot/slash until you gain more.)
[R Idea 2] (??) - This was an old idea to swap the Gun/Sword changing from W to R and vise versa. (Same as the W idea 2)
Brief Lore:
Little is known about this man named Gauge, other than the fact he is a ruthless criminal, Once he was a locked up man at cell 404 in the prestigious prisons of Piltover. Few people ever escape once inside those forsaken places, and most die inside to the strongest prisoners. The Piltover officials say he had escaped by a pure genius contraption and re coding of one of their capture bots. This prisoner had used the bot for his escape and once home free had ran away with it, little is known as to why he had taken the bot with him but he had been using it to track his "progress" in the cells which the police say they have records of before the bot had been lost to Gauge. These reports are in order from earliest date to the time before he shut their vision down.
Day 1 Epacse
I have completed the transaction on my new toothbrush, it now has metal plates installed on it for personal usage that will allow me to further my plans. Currently this will be my only entry in here as I have work to do. Goodbye for now.
Day 6 Epacse
You are a mighty bot for sure, hopefully you will aid me greatly when you are needed, together we can finally get what we deserve...Goodbye for now my dear.
Day 14 Epacse
I've been slowing down my progress for a break so i can chat with you. You may have been the reason I've ended up in this hell house, but i will get my revenge. If you don't think that i will let you constrain me back then i will have to make sure you get your just desserts.
Day 20 Epacse
Days are slower but its finally coming in 10 days i will get what i want, i fill finally have the product of all of my hard work, luckily none of the Piltover police can check your files that i have safely hidden in your systematic three hundred and two file location slot. This will be our secret forever, unless your secondary memory chip falls out of course, but that wont happen. Now i must go, the final touches are being added, Goodbye Gears.
Day 29 Epacse
The plan had to be started early, the day had come soon. The prisoners in this psych ward have been good lately. I had acted soon and had achieved my goals, the fudge ripples are finally mine with the help of dig bot to dig into their freezers while the guards were distracted with the riot. It seems today is a good day, wait what is this? Someone is interrupting my writing, it msay be a litth hard to wefrite these, pause... Ok the hooligan is done with, he had decided to throw large objects at me that had broken my cell bars, i do feel a bit better now and even a cool breeze seems to be tapping my shoulder. Oh it seems that i may be in for another good fortune, the ice cream is still intact but a weird hole to the outside is now in my view melting my delicious dessert. I must destroy it before it can separate me and my love. Onward, hopefully we can set out without anymore disruptions.

Final Tips: This is a work in progress and yes the story/lore is extremely weird and i'm most likely going to change it for the better. I will be adding to this post when needed with drawings from my brother who is the artist for all custom pictures i post of this fan concept.
