[Champion Concept] Arash, the Call of Apathy

Arash is the knight of the Shadow Isles, who proudly encounters any foe standing in front of him no matter if undead or alive. He crushes the enemy's feeling by inflicting pain and sorrow, only to satisfy his lost as he once was a mere mortal man.
His heavy armor protects his soul which is the only anchor holding him in this world - only cold steel keeps his existence and embodied hatred alive.
With his fierce eyes dwelling deep in his helmet, his tormented soul rages and emotionally suffers still from his past life when he was once Horace Greyjoy.

Horace Greyjoy was rumored to be one of the greatest Archers in the history of Runeterra, until he once fell in love with a woman from another rival kingdom, which was unluckily none other than the princess herself.
Horace was by nothing else conducted than his feelings. What happened to be love, turned into madness, when Horace eliminated almost everyone in the military hierarchy to become the leader and starter of the second great war between two ancient nations.
He sent his troops and even civilians into battle, only to see how his kingdom fell for the person he loved. Horace himself participated in the besieging as the one who shot down important and weak points of the castle with his great precision.

After half of both armies and civilians were dead or lost due to collateral damages within the battles, the kingdom was overtaken by Horace in few hours. He came to the last room in the highest building of its castle, to see his beloved princess.
Unfortunately, the princess commited suicide in the same time as Horace Greyjoy entered the room. The princess could not withstand so many lives and deaths caused by her very existence - so the princess confessed her feelings for Arash and with her last whisper, she fell from the balcony into the depths of the ocean.
Horace, in panick and in depression, jumped right after the princess and both died in a cruel way - pierced through the cliffs beneath the castle on the coast of western Valoran.

Nothing is known about Horaces alias Arashs whereabouts after then, as his newly found body and meaning of life became first noticed surprisingly many centuries later, when a fisherman reported the sight of two fighting knights, that were supposed to be Mordekaiser and Arash. Both fought an never ending battle, for a cause that yet noone knows - only that both seem to have too much in common to accept each other.

Appearance:
Arash, though a Shadow Isles character, wears a giant spectral bow as a weapon which is bigger than himself. He uses earth-based arrows and upon Ultimate, earth-based great bolts.
Arash wears a knight armor which is practically thin, exceptions are for his shoulders, giant helmet and his knie/shin-guardplates.
Where his flesh should be, are dark clouds with pulsating spectral in scarlet colors. From his giant helmet, there is a slight mist/fog coming out. While everything of his body is covered, only his hands are seen - which are the hands of a skeleton.

I've made a picture, but beware.. it might give your eyes diseases. I'm not willing to pay for anything for compensation, so beware.

Passive - "Undead Precision":
If Arash has not attacked in the last 2 seconds, he gains 10 "Undead Precision" stacks per 1.5/1/0.5 (level 1/6/12) seconds up to a max of 100 stacks. Each 1 stack increases the basic attack range of Arash by 1, up to a bonus of 100 basic attack range. Upon basic attack, all stacks are consumed.


Q - "Earthbreak":
Arash corrupts the earth, he calls down a line of earthquakes over the target linear location within 450 range, using a click and drag targeting system.
A small earthquake appears in the given direction up to 500 range long and 350 range wide, that will knock up all enemies hit by and slowing them afterwards for .5 seconds about 25%/35%/45%/55%/65%.

Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80
Cooldown: 18.5/16.5/14.5/12.5/10


W - "Dreadful Drill":
Passive: Every two consecutive basic attacks, the next basic attack made within 3.5 seconds penetrates the armor of the enemy target by 10/20/30/40 and the high burst of the corrupted earth damages enemies behind the target by 25%/35%/45%/55%/65% of the damage done to the primary target.


E - "Walls of Despair":
Arash summons 4/5/6/7/8 corrupted earth projectiles at once and shoots them in a line in front of him on the ground. Each corrupted earth projectile represents 100 range, deals 40/55/70/85/100 (+60% Total AD) on hit and stays up to 3.5 seconds.
Upon recast, Arash commands the corrupted earth to spread and form a wall, which makes the terrain impassible for 1/1.5/2 (Rank 1, 3 and 5) seconds and afterwards disappears.

Mana Cost: 85 at Rank 1, 105 at Rank 3, 120 at Rank 5.
Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12


R - "Siege Ballista":
Arash forms a giant Stone-Ballista from his current position for 6/7/8 seconds. He becomes rooted in his current position, invulnerable to Stuns, Knockbacks, Knock Ups and each basic attack consumes Mana. Arash is forced to attack targets in a 90° degree in front of him. By moving right or left, he can turn the degree to keep track of targets within (Works similiar to Vel'Koz's Ultimate, but now needs to both move the degree left and right, while clicking on the target). In addition, Arash's innate passive is disabled and grants permanent +100 range for the duration. He is also able to cast all of his other abilities.

Upon Recast or if not enough Mana or after 6/7/8 seconds, Arash receives +35%/+45%/+55% movement speed bonus for 3.5 seconds that decays after 1.5 seconds.

Mana Cost: 3%/3.5%/4% of current Mana for each basic attack.
Cooldown: 85/75/65

Special Quotes:

If Mordekaiser is near, Arash says "Your eternal life will become soon perished" and "I will not bow to your very existance... Never"
