Allies' remaining cooldown idea !!!
My gimp skills sucks... Like my English. So i'll just post image and i hope you will understand my idea!
(instead of that green dot that shows if ult is available)

this would only be cool if it was like a optional tab, cuz that would get cluttered. or if it just showed ult and summoners.
Why doesn't Riot just use the inteface layout from the Spectator mode that shows ult and summoner spell cooldowns? There is no reason people in game shouldn't have access to that.
