Skin Idea: Pool Party Gragas

I am pretty sure that this skin would violate several regulations of appropriateness.

I am sure no one would like to see that lol but he could hold a big water ballon with new effects of course.

There already is a Pool Party Gragas if you look in the background of one of the other Pool Party skins. They just didn't come out with the skin yet.
