[Champion Concept] Kingpin, a Millionaire from Zaun.

** Please keep in mind, i am not a mechanic expert, so all numbers are estimates and guidelines only, so as to help you RIOT Staff get a good idea about the following champ.**
New Champion:
KingPin a Millionaire from Zaun
Appearance Idea:( Take a good look at Daddy Warbucks from the movie: Annie) Appearance description: Build is tall and brawny kind of like Blitz or Mundo. Wearing a Sharp Business suit, tall and a handsome rich looking guy. Carrying a brief case full of money with his left hand.
Lore: Kingpin is one among a circle of Elite class, super rich investors continually funding science experimentation for the city of Zaun. It was infact this same Circle elite thru vast donations and a near endless pool of money that has inspired the scientists of Zaun, allowing their researchers and inventors alike the leeway to push the bounds of science at an accelerated rate, for better or worse...( im sure RIOT Staff can make a beautiful finish to this lore.)
Health: 430 (+84 per level)
Mana: 255 (+40 per level)
Attack Damage: 54 (+3 per level)
Attack Speed: .625 (+2.9% per level)
Movement Speed: 330
Health Regen: 6.8 (+0.7 per level)
Armor: 19 (+3.5 per level)
Magic Resist: 30 (+1.00 per level)
Maybe this... Basic attack: Kingpin throws a stack of dollar bills at target, minion, Neutral monster or champion.
Maybe this...(prefer) Kingpin carries a brief case full of money with his left hand, and cuffed to him, and his basic attack is Kingpin smacking whatever with his brief case full of money and an extra visual is that a couple dollar bills keep flying around while Kingpin uses his basic attack!! XD
Abilities
Passive: 'Savings Bonds' Every team member except for Kingpin is granted 2 extra gold per second while within, (5000 or 2500 or 1000) radius of Kingpin.
Q: 'Brass Knuckle Punch'
Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana
Range: 250 (or so)
Brass Knuckle Punch is when KingPin uses his brass knuckles and winds up for a single powerful punch upon target champion. This ability has a %25 chance to crit strike.
Also the Punch is so harsh, that the target champion is slowed for 1 second after the strike, that the target champion needs that 1 second to regain their composure.
W: 'Double or Nothing'
Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 Mana
This ability will enhance the effect of the next ability cast, if no ability is cast within 5 seconds, Kingpin will lose %10 ( or maybe like 50-100 gold) of his current gold and 10% of his current health.
W + Q: Crit strike is 50% chance, 15% additional dmg
W + W: Grants Kingpin an additional 10% Armor, 10% Magic Resist for a duration of 3 seconds. **(If the cooldown will permit, but if not, that's okay 2, I had to add this, just incase you can make this possible)
W + E: Kingpins 2 bodyguards hold target champion in place for an additional 2 seconds
W + R: All champion kills will grant 25% bonus gold (I will leave the Precise bonus gold to the Mechanics Experts), assists will grant 10% bonus gold (I will leave the Precise bonus gold to the Mechanics Experts), throughout the duration of and only within the Fighters Circle AOE. ** Now Im not a mechanics expert, So, I dont care to see this additional gold reduced significantly, so long as every champion on the map (everyone).. it would be soo fun to see everyone have an equal chance to 'get rich quick!!' XD.**
E: 'Extra-Protection'
Cost: 40 Mana Range: 425
Kingpin calls in 2 bodyguards to hold target champion in place for 2 seconds.
If Kingpin activates Q (Brass Knuckle Punch) during Extra-Protection, Brass Knuckle Punch will do the same amount of dmg upon strike, and then...an additional 25% dmg throughout a duration of 3 seconds. ( Since Kingpin so brutally strikes his target, a crippling pain continues to inflict dmg upon target champion.)
R: 'Place your bets' (sound effects, is a bell ringing like to the start of a boxing match!!)
Cost: 100 Mana Range: (750 or so)
(A fighters cirlce is like Trundle's Frozen Domain)
Kingpin coats target location with a 'fighters circle' revealing to everyone, and for 11 seconds, all kills within the Fighters Circle will grant friendly or Enemy champions a (15% bonus gold or so), (assists with 5% bonus gold or so). The fighters circle reveals all invisible units within circle for duration.
If Kingpin gets killed within a 'fighters circle' he gives half his gold to enemy champion.. (Exact gold is for Mechanics Experts to determine).
** Visual for the 'Fighters Circle' can be like a riot logo, or something, kinda like the UFC logo on the floor of the Octagon ring.**
