[Champion Concept] D.A.N.T.E. - The Artificial Intelligence

As the title already says, this Concept is about D.A.N.T.E. - Debugging Advanced Narcissistic Tyrannizing Exterminator. A A.I. that we really need in the League, I guess.

Lore:
Zaun, Noxus, Freljord, Demacia. All these troublemakers, always on the hood to create chaos in Runeterra. But troublemakers are those who can't stand against a life without destroying delibaretely or unwittingly, for the purpose of their belief.

The source of those lies in evil or lack of knowledge, created by education or incompetence, fed by hatred and sloth, and harvested by hipocrisy and innocence.

But even beyond expectations, there was a experiment erected by something not evil or incompetent. Someone or rather something was built without a real purpose, in Piltover, the so called City of Progress.

As a failed experiment, leftovers were thrown in a great dustbin, which contained other leftovers from other failed experiment. Negligence and recklessless allowed the failed experiment to feast on the leftovers within the container of comprehensiveness.

The byproduct of multiple things that were not meant to be, was a artificial intelligence that was born from nothing, to become something. Like a newborn child, he had to learn how to really live and which rules he had to follow, and whom he tear its head apart and whom not.

As an A.I., D.A.N.T.E. or also called Dante, named himself and evolved with a very unique personality, within a morphing vessel, who's wish was to be something. Something necessary that makes him to be the person he wants, rather than needs to be. So he decided on his own to participate in the League, to become something.

Appearance:
The best way to describe Dante was to draw him. Sorry if I made your eyes bleeding by my crappy drawing skills.

Dante is a grey colored morphing being. He exists on biological exoskeleton, that makes him more a human than a bot. His right hand is a great cannon tube, with it he sucks the air or a minion/monster and then uses it to fire a projectile to the located area. His left hand is like a human hand, with five fingers. He uses the cannon for ranged basic attacks, but if it is filled with a enemy unit, he can only use melee attacks. His left hand will morph into a hammer, with it he can smash enemies with basic attacks. On the top of the hammer, there are several holes which can be used to fire homing missiles. His torso is turnable, so he can actually use abilities while walking and is not forced to stay still for a short time.
His head is more of a LED display, which is primarily blue, but turns red if he enters combat. On his shoulders, there are two horns which signalizes if Dante's ultimate is ready or not.

Possible skin: [Legendary] Swamp Dante: Dante's body consists of mud, mud drops of from his body.
Battlecast/Mecha Dante: Instead of morphing, he now transforms (Like a Transformer for example).

Dante's resource is Mana

***Passive "Narcissistic Powers" ***
Dante gains 5/10/15 (1/6/12) ability power for each basic attack made for 3 seconds. This stacks up to 5 times and will be depleted after using a damage ability.

Q(Cone - Slow - Skillshot) "Black Hole" & "Asteroid"
Black Hole: Upon activation, Dante sucks the air in front of him in a cone of 500 range. Enemy Units on the edge are slowed by 10% while the slow penalty gets stronger the near they are, up to 50%, for 3 seconds. One Minion, one little monster or one Champion's minion will be sucked into Dante's right arm if they are 200 range in front of Black Hole. The unit stays in it until Dante dies. It can be released with recast.

Recast - Asteroid: Upon recast, Dante shoots the stored unit to a 550 range location. It deals 40/65/80/100/140 (+35% AP) magic damage in a small AoE and the same damage is dealt to the minion shot. The minion can be still alive after shooting it.

Mana Cost: 55/75/80/95/105 (Recast: No cost)
Cooldown: 19/16/14.5/12.5/11 seconds (It counts after recast only)

(Explanation: Primarily it's used to slow down the opponent, but can be also used to free harass the enemy. Like Lucian's ultimate, Dante can go back or to any other location while Black Hole is active in the same direction. Nice to escape though)

W(DoT) "Virus-Upload"
If cast on enemy unit, Dante uploads a virus on the selected target within 450 range, that will deal after 3 seconds 60/70/80/90/100 (+50% AP) magic damage. The timer is frozen when the enemy unit is sucked up by Black Hole. If the damage is released upon death or after 3 seconds, enemy units near by are infested by the virus and after 3 seconds, they receive 50% of the damage done to the primary target.

Targets who are infested, will infest other near by enemy units. Enemy units who were once infested, can't be infested once more within 6 seconds.

Mana Cost: 65/75/85/95/120
Cooldown: 14.5/13/12.5/11/10.5

(Explanation:Neat skill to harass, but also good to clear farm fast enough. It is obviously that the skill can be combined with Black Hole to hit the enemy Champion from far with it. A extremely evilish and awesome way is, to use "Virus-Upload" on a target, suck it with Black Hole and throw it on the enemy Champion and near by minions. If the near by minions are infested, take the infested minion with Black Hole and throw it again on the enemy Champion.)

Supreme Hammer: Dante's next melee basic attack will deal bonus 60/65/85/90/100 (+45% AP) magic damage.

Mana Cost: 100 at all ranks
Cooldown: 18/16.5/15/13.5/12

(Explanation: This is a nice ability to synchronize with the passive.)

R(Long Range Damage Ability) "Guided Death"
Upon activation, every enemy unit up to 4/6/8 units within 700/750/800 range will be locked targets. Within the next 4 seconds, if there is no recast, the ability will break up and go on cooldown for 30/20/10.

Recast: Dante forms his left hand to a hammer (If it isnt already) and shoots up to 8/12/16 missile rockets that will hit a target with two rockets. If a enemy unit leaves the 700/750/800 range or dies within before, the rockets will focus the nearest target next to Dante. Champions are prioritized.

Each rocket deals 60/70/80 (+60% AP) magic damage and one target can't be hit more than 4 times max.

Mana Cost: 100/150/200
Cooldown: 130/100/70 seconds
