Pool Party Gangplank
PREPARE TO BE BOARDED! (get it)
(I have posted this idea first on the EUW board, and various people have told me that I should post it on the NA boards aswell in order for Riot employees to pick it up and make work of it. I have noted the ideas/improvements of my european fellows below.)
So I think it's about time Gangplank gets his very own Pool Party Skin. Now that his long expected rework has come out, a fan-favourite skin would top off this delicious cake.
Here's the plan:
The skin will be called 'Pool Parrrty Gangplank'. His gun will be replaced by a watergun. His sword will be replaced by a pool noodle. He will have chest hair. A lot of it. He will wear a towel with images of citrus fruit on it, worn like a pirate coat. His boots will ofcourse be replaced with flip flops. He could have water wings instead of gloves. He might even have a belt around his waist carrying sunscreen or a bottle with rum (yum). His passive 'Trial by Fire' will make his pool noodle turn red instead of whatever colour it is normally. His Q ability 'Parrrley' will let him shoot with his watergun. As simple as that. His W ability 'Remove Scurvy' will make him sip an orange drink from a coconut with a little umbrella in it. His new E ability 'Powder Keg' will either be a enormous water balloon or just a small pool. And last but not least, Gangplank's ultimate 'Cannon Barrage' will make him yell 'CANNON BALL' and drop huge waterballoons in an area.

For the 'Cannon Barrage' upgrades, there should also be different animations.
User 'Ihvannon': I love the idea, but the ult shouldn't be waterballoons falling, but it should be his pirate crew jumping in the pool! And the upgrades would be this:
1 'Death's Daugther would have a Gragas -sized man jump in the middle.
2 'Raise Morale' would make them sing a pirate song.
3 'Fire at Will' would have random pool items fall in the pool besides the crew.
User 'TheAmazingSlayer': His E 'Powder Keg' could be a barrel filled with water and have ducks swimming in it.
On top of these awesome improvements, there have even been 2 talented members of this community who have drawn their pencil and have drawn their impression of what this skin should look like. (see what I did there).
