Custom Stuff

Yo so I wanted to make some funny sounds for when he died using some turrets guy sound bytes and I guess I cant, but not only that, I replaced the lock in champion sound with a a juicy fart noise and it doesn't work. SO Riot patched custom skins (for my Teemo, I want an infernal Teemo skin) and I cant have funny noises for Darius or any other champions. So my question to Riot is; "why"? It doesn't make any sense guys, no other players will hear the sounds, only he/she who has custom sounds will hear them (or anyone in the same room with you). Custom skins, I think that the same rule applies to skins as it does to custom sounds, and custom skins are just another way to have fun too. Custom maps I didn't know about until today, but that sounds fun, and there is no other use than for custom games. And, in those custom games, maybe the map is designed for you to get super fed to test your build(s) against other players in the game or really tanky bots, or just to have fun. The point is Riot, that we all want these freedoms back, and I may not know that there was any problems with any of these (if there even was), but its just a whole lot of fun to have funny noises for things, maybe even voice act the lines for champs yourself, and have custom maps to shake things up a bit. So Please, maybe if we get enough people that would want this back you could let us do it? If not, I'm sure that someone will eventually find a way around it, Riot will patch it again, we'll find a way around it again, and the cycle repeats.
