Personally I think Riot should add a reward system to this new feature. Once you reach Tier 5 you can progress to the final Tier, Tier 6 or the Reward Tier.

Once you reach Tier 6 you'll earn 3 things

  1. A Summoner Icon for that champion
  2. A Loading Screen Boarder (Toggle-able, you can switch through this border or a ranked border or off completely.)
  3. A Profile Banner of that Champion (Can select skin splash, similarly to http://www.lolking.net/) So what does everyone think? Do you agree or disagree?

I think that if you completely master a champion, you should recieve a random one of their skins. seems pretty fair to me, and it allows people who are broke or cant spend money on RP to get cool skins :)
