New HUD Overlay for Streamers

Hey guys,

So I saw that Rito decided to finally update the HUD/UI for the rift and knew that streamers would be scrambling to find people to make new updated overlays for them. So I decided to go ahead and make a basic overlay that can act as both a default overlay or a template to build upon.

Now I couldn't find a perfect picture of the HUD to work with, so I had to screen shot this article: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/page/game-features/hud-update

I cropped, re-sized, and worked with it the best I could and I feel like it should be fine. I haven't been able to properly test it to see if it was spot on, but if any of you could test it for me and leave feedback (a proper 1920x1080 screenshot from OBS while in game would be ideal), then I would be able to re-position everything and fix any issues.

Just trying to make the near future easier for streamers and overlay creators :)
