{New Character Concept] Torra - The Great Builder

Ever wonder who builds all those towers that get destroyed over and over and over? The League hired Torra, The Great Builder to build them. With his exceptional skill at crafting the rock and crystals to create the towers he builds them just as fast as they get destroyed so by the time you get back to Summoner's Rift. But he has gotten fed up. His works wrecked and mangled and all he wants is for them to stand. So he has made a vow to stand by his towers, and build more.

Role: Tank, Defender, Support, Mellee He is a huge character, almost full stack Cho'Gath sized, with the appearance of a massive earthen golem with a look similar to the towers. He has a huge amount of natural armor, magic resist and armor. His natural attack damage is very high, but has a very low attack speed, and a slow movement speed.

Passive - Mobile Tower - Torra wears a prototype of a new mobile tower that fires at a nearby enemy every so often, but has a slow attack speed that can be reduced by absorbing left over magic of all spells cast around him.

Q - Armor Plating - Castable on all towers for permanent armor increase, as well as giving an increasing amount of damage return for each stack cast on the tower. Can also be cast on allied champion, giving them increased armor and magic resist for a short time.

W - Crystal Empowering - Castable on all towers, giving them a permanent damage increase. Castable on allied champions giving them a boost in attack damage and ability power for a short time.

E - Titanic Grasp - Torra grabs an enemy unit and holds him in his massive hand for a short time, this enemy is target-able during this time, but Torra is also immobilized during this time. This spell can also be used on an enemy tower to take away a chunk of health away from it.

R - Grand Construction - After channeling for a short time he raises a tower from the earth itself, drawing from the magic imbued in the lands. The tower has a 5 minute life span, has mild regeneration, splash damage, higher damage then regular towers, and higher attack speed. The cooldown on this spell is 4 minutes, and leveling it up increases the splash, damage, attack speed, and armor.

Hes a fairly defensive character, but he could really make a lane very difficult to push. He could either make one tower super strong or spread it out among the other towers, or cast it on his allies to help push. Not gonna put any actual stats in, thats what Riot is here for :) Would love to hear what you guys think!

OK you wanted feedback so here I go ;)

Q and W (part of it) just don't work because they need a tower use them. Which means during laning phase you have 1 ability to use (e), the other ones are useless unless the enemy pushes the wave.

Second part of W seems ok, e seems ok.

R is just not going to happen. Tower stronger than the ones on the map? 5 minutes? IE more time than the ult CD? just not happening. Think of laning phase, this character just puts another tower in the middle of the lane and what do you do? It can't give as much gold as the other towers because that's a free objective every time you use ult. Also think of a baron fight!You put a tower in the pit and the enemy gets demolished by baron and the tower, or the other way around, you put a tower to defend the entrance and noone will want to engage on you cause the're a freaking tower there lol.

More on q. Q is a short coll down ability, which means that you will be able to buff the tower every ~ 20 seconds at most, no other q has a 20 s cooldown. Which means you just go to midlane and buff the tower until it's unkillable.

This champion is also undivable, he just puts a second tower when you try to do it.

This champion is also boring to play! Which is key in any champion design! What exactly do you do with the abilities? Buff a tower, buff a tower, buff an ally, 1 cc and place a tower. There is nothing to do on this champion. You are basically playing a tower defense game with this champion, sit at your tower and do nothing until level 6 because you have no abilities to duel and only have 1 ability to support (e), the other one being fairly uninteresting (w).

SO there is what I think of it.

Also interesting thought... level 6 you just solo dragon because your tower does more damage than the ones on the map. Then at lvl 11 you do the same for baron and buff the tower.

Basically what you need is to have the tower game play come in a lot earlier, have it as normal ability and then play around with the buffs. Have an ally buff and a tower buff on both other skills. And then have something else for an ultimate. Maybe have 1 buff on w, cc on e and another buff on r and you get... Heimer or at least half oh his kit. Towers and buffing towers with ult.

So yeah. Tell me what you think and where I'm wrong and stuff like that ^_^

IDEA! I HAVE AN IDEA! Can Q and W be casted onto your Mobile Turret? Maybe also, instead of just giving the tower increased stats. Could Torra have the ability to buy Turret Specific Items? Items only he can purchase to make them stronger? We have all seen the 3 items they have added to the turrets, so why not have Torra be able to buy more stuff. OR As the game progresses, he thinks of new things to put onto the turrets. So he can make them. 10 mins, creates something. 20 mins, another. etc. Just

These just wouldnt work cause permanent damage will be spammed on one tower and it willbe impossible to win.
