Well, if Hecarim had got 50< Ping Yi would have died, because if you see each time he enters a bush he takes around .1 sec to take an action...

That isn't a skilled Yi juke, that is just a really, REALLY stupid hecarim. If he used attack move once he would have killed Yi instead of standing around in the bushes while Yi moseyed around in front of his face.
