LoL Project - Live Text commentaries Match

Hello,

My name is Simon Leyendecker or Naarsh on League of Legends, I'm a french student in software development and I've got and idea for making a website about League of Legend. Some context : about a week ago me and a friend got the envie thanks to LoL APIs to create our own "lolnexus". Our project is at the beginning but it does bring a lot of information so far. During the development we've come with an idea : a live-text commentaries for ranked match.

What's the point of that, you might say ? One of your buddies is in a ranked promo game to becoming Master (or silver 4.................) and your in the bus or the subway and you can't follow his match because you can't launch LoL and see his match in spectator mode. So what do you do ? You are currently eating your own fingers because you don't have nail anymore because you was eating them of STRESS for your friend's promo, you go to my website and see his live-text match and see his match, and you can see that he got the first blood, he made a triple kill during a drake fight, he got three tower to one. In other words you see that he's carring his promo game and a tear comes down your cheek and you're pride.

Besides this feature, i'd like to propose a random match pick for everyone to see (ranked solo queue) adn to allow people to bet on it (with my own virtual money, that is free of course) and a ranking for betters to be able to win some prices (t-shirt, skins, stickers)...

Now you must wondering (not wandering like Bard....) why am I telling you all of this ? I need to know if it's possible fro Riot to make an API to help me in this. An PI that could provide "real-time" informations about a current game (with the same 3 minutes delay of the spectator mode), I imagined something like this :

"7m42s : RED TEAM FIRST DRAKE" "7m51s : RED TEAM made 3 KILLS : Katarina Double Kill, Sona Simple Kill" "7m51s : BLUE TEAM made 1 KILL : Gnar Simple Kill" "14m25s : BLUE TEAM T2 TOWER has fallen by [CREEPS - CHAMPIONS NAME]"

That's all about my idea... I don't know if it's a good one, or even a possibility, anyways it seemed important to me to express this idea to you and to try to do something new for the LoL community.

P.S : Like i said, English is not my native language, so I apologize for the sentence where I did not choose the right words/verbs. In any case I hope it's still understandable ! :D
