I think riot should add animation to the character images while we are loading into game. It would be cool and fun and give a new feel to it. Just like in the video I put a link to where yasuo has some animation to him at 0:08 - 0:12. Vote if you want this I would be cool if it did happen.

You know how complex that would be to code in? Not only that but I can only imagine how much long it will make the actual loading time.
The idea is nice on paper, sure. Though keep in mind that it's the loading screen for the game. Should Riot find a way to implement animations for the loading screen, one's computer would have to simultaneously load the animation so it works and the game at the same time. Because of this, some people with slower PCs could have problems with this, and it would ultimately make loading time longer than it has to be.
I'm not a computer genius, but that's just a theory I came up with.
