[Champion Concept] Andrasta - The Outlander of Bilgewater
This is a follow-up pirate Champion, well kind of Lokfar Warrior, that has been announced/leaked by ARRR - A new pirate crew arrives at the fields of justice?

"Since ancient times the tribe of Lokfar has traditions beyond understandings, where men have to hunt, fight and die in honor and women have to cook, give birth to warriors and die in high age.
The land of the frozen desert keeps howling with its wind on everyone equally, but when it comes to tradition, the Lokfar are strict and biased. But one woman did not fear men nor the rules they built over centuries.
Andrasta was born with an urge to rebel against injustice, no matter if against herself or someone unknown to her.
For all warriors of Lokfar, there is a dungeon beneath their village - It is said that every man is confronted with his deepest fear and once he returns alive, he is born as a berserk. For all that is known, the cave was the place for men, but Andrasta knew it better and entered it for herself.
What Andrasta found was knowledge and strength beyond her expectations. Warriors of past were summoned, all of them female warriors who once rebelled against the traditions and found honor in death. Each female warrior encouraged Andrasta and in the end Andrasta had to go through a trial, to find her deepest fear and unlock her potential. When Andrasta left the dungeon fifty warriors awaited for her return, though noone expected her to return alive. Andrasta fought her way out, killing most of the warriors. She has been exiled and hunted for the following months, her pursuaders were restless, but she was'nt anymore and she could not flee anymore.
In this very moment, a man, neither friend nor foe, stood in front of her and protected her against the warriors of Lokfar. "No matter what this woman did to you, noone deserves to be killed by foolish and imbecile men" and with one sweep, the enemies of Andrasta has been wiped away to death.
The man's name was Angstrom Darkwater and due to the rescue, Andrasta had to swore an oath to pay the debt with her life and joined Angstrom's pirate crew."
###Appearance
Andrasta is a very muscular female barbarian who's beautiful, but cunning. She can wear an Greataxe or an Greatsword, depending on her current stance. Similiar to Jinx, she can switch to two different weapons and core-gameplay.

###Champion Explanation
- The name "Andrasta" comes, according to the Roman historian Dio Cassius, an Icenic war goddess invoked by Boudica in her fight against the Roman occupation of Britain in AD 60.
- Andrasta is the first of Lokfar who shared secrets of its nation. Before, Olaf did not reveal anything about Lokfar but that he originates from it. However, even Andrasta does not share everything.
- Andrasta is the first woman since many centuries who survived the trials of the dungeon and escaped. In Lokfar, women are not allowed to participate in war or battle - This is a strict rule because most men does seek honor and death in battle and feel superior to the women. A very bigoted view, but the Lokfar do not believe that there lies any strength in women.
- Andrea is able to hold two two-handed weapons at the same time - This is a reference to the "Titan Grip" mastery in World of Warcraft.
- Many assume that Andrasta and Angstrom are a couple. The rumors are each different, but for some reason Angstrom and Andrasta had to make a pact, sort of marriage or long-term relationship in order to accept Andrasta as an pirate and resident of Bilgewater.
- Andrasta's kit is perfect for top or even jungle, even though she lacks of gap closers.

###Concept Explanation
Andrasta's a strong tanky bruiser who can achieve great damage once fully unlocked and unleashed on her targets. While Andrasta can accomplish a fast overtake on the enemy, she can be easily kited and does not have any gap closers except her E that gives her bonus movement speed, though it becomes stronger the lesser health she has.
Her Passive focuses on the aspect of being tanky while addressing her damage output for the small window when she gets to attack the opponent. Due to her lack of gap closers, stuns, slows and similiar things will take over her fast - that's why she needs the tenacity.
Andrasta's Q helps much to differ between two stances. If she wants to slow her opponent or to deal significantly more damage while the battle is ongoing.
The W is pretty much only there to help her to get her Q fast enough ready to continue with slow or with AoE splash damage. Her active is to ensure that she won't be kited as hell - A Vayne with red buff can keep focusing her hard without getting a scratch by her, if there wouldn't be her W active.
Greataxe & Greatsword Discipline are both great weapon of choice. One is to ensure a high damage output and the other is to ensure AoE damage which helps also in farming, but consumes mana.
The Ultimate is pretty fearsome, isn't it? Andrasta will be able to hold both great weapons and use them - This means splash damage & attack speed and when E activated, bonus AD and bonus movement speed too. Extremely cunning and strong for short time.
Over all Andrasta is strong against non-high mobility Champions. Particularly Champions like Olaf, Irelia, Shen or Rengar for example. Weak against high-range Champions and burst Champions like Le Blanc, Fizz, Kog'Maw, Ezreal, Vayne, ecetera.
