[Skin Idea] Debonair Vladimir

The riot skin team lost the love for Vladimir. Vladimir has various skins and more than most other Champions, but I think he lacks a bit of something sweet.

This idea came into my mind as I was looking at Vlad's blood ball above his hand. It somehow looks like a red rose..

Vladimir in a smoking, with gel in his hair and a freaking scary smile, but still looking like he would break your heart just by the looks.
Vladimir's blood particles are now pink or purple.
If he W's, a soup of hearts expand from his body and little hearts are floating above the fluid.
If he E's, he sends forth little hearts.

One of his emotes is that he forms one big red rose or a bouquet of bloody roses.

I know it's a simplified and pretty bad detailed skin idea, but ... well, there's no but, but a butt.
