If I'm in the middle of a game I don't really want to fiddle around with a phone app while trying to play.

It's a great idea and looks like you designed it well. Just doesn't look good in practice.

thing is that someone may have lesser CD on summoners due to masteries. and also distortion enchantment. late game it falls off heavily
