HEY Riot,You guys need a Vivi 
.... Who dont like Final Fantasy 9. this skin hands down would be like the most awesome awesomness you guys have ever awesomized.. I know the thought has probably already been thought of.. But hey this time lets do something about it lol JUST SAYIN n_n
I think that might be hard to do since Veigar is already designed with Vivi in mind. It's sort of like crossing the line. Though you have a Veigar skin already that references White Mages' iconic outfits from FF. So, you can assume that many rioters out there are big FF fans. Though, if they ever did release one, I would buy it in a heartbeat ^^
