So This character I've had in the making for a while with the lovely help of my boyfriend. I NEED HELP WITH MANA COSTS. She's been subject to more change than I can imagine. She went from pilot, to mechanic, to eccentric, to a ditz, and so on. We have settled on the Green hair, and she is currently being worked on in Blender and 3Ds max.

Abriss is from piltover, she lives within the junk yard and spends her time inventing. She has a special relationship with Heimerdinger as he taught her all she knows about inventing. She looks up to Vi as a mentor for fighting She dislikes Caitlyn for laughing at her failed inventions She is a secret weapons dealer to Jinx

Abriss(Name pending)is a high burst mid lane fighter

Weapon: Wrench (Melee)

Passive: SHELL SHOCK Each of her abilities has the chance to cause an old style 'fear' where you wander for .5 seconds, max level this is 2 seconds. (2% chance of shell shock)

Q: FLAMETHROWER
CD: 8 seconds (4 at max level) On impact it deals 50/70/90/110/130(+20%AP) It then applies burn damage over 5 seconds (1 tick per 1 second) Used primarily for farming and poke down. The range is short but it is a good way to cut off a melee champions farm. 40 /70/100/130/160 (+20%/40%/60%/70%/90% AP)

W: MORTAR
CD: 15 seconds (8 at max level) Passive: Increased chance of her passive activating (10% increase at max level) Active: Abriss places down a turret with the cast time of 1 seconds as she fires up a shot in a set location 150 (+40%AP) The range also scales with level.

E: **MISSILE BARRAGE ** CD: 15 seconds (30/60/90/120/150) per missile (+40%AP) x8 missiles Abriss pulls out two rocket launchers and fires a barrage of 4 missiles from each side in a set location, these are homing missiles and can be diverted by other champions to even out the blow to one champ.

R: AIR STRIKE CS: 150 seconds (140 at max level) (100/200/300) per rocket (+100%AP) Abriss tests out one of her flying inventions by placing a location (About the length of Luxs' ult and half the size of the lane) anywhere on the map sending out a barrage of bombs in that one area. It does NOT home in on your location, it fires it's round and leaves.

so im the boyfriend who is also working on it i believe her e's cooldown will lower per level something like (15\12.5\10\8.5\6) meaby not exactly like that but something like that

I think this is a very creative champion and I think that rito should consider releasing her, Gl HF with this champion!

Looking at the kit, Abriss's mana pool would be pretty low and mana costs would be fairly medium to high because of the high burst and sustain damage she has. I personally think the mana costs would be about.

Mana Costs

Q- 60/70/80/90/100(btw the late game ap scaling is a bit too high)

W- 70/75/80/85/90

E- 80/85/90/95/100

R-100/125/150( Can you explain the need for 100% AP ratio)

Percentage chance abilities are always dice-y, they make the champ very feast-or-famine. Some games you might rarely ever see the passive, while in some engages it might perma-cc the enemy. Either way you can't use it when you'd like it, and your enemy can never know when to expect it.

Maybe you can make the mechanic work where after every 5 spells the passive procs? I'm not sure on that number's balance, but that allows you to plan your combos for maximum effectiveness, and gives your enemies some counterplay, because old skool fear's really potent CC!

Does Mortar need to place a turret, per se? Heimerdinger's already got the turret-schtick covered for league, and just kind of seems weird on a fighter.

Also, Homing Missiles are kind of egregious for the same reason- you can't dodge a homing missile. And in the worst case scenario, I can imagine the tank running up and causing all the missiles to divert to him all the time! So it's pretty feast-or-famine again, either you score a bunch of free hits on the squishy, or your missiles will never taste the squishy as long as you live.

Riot's already decided to put the banhammer on target-able global ultimates, so you'd probably have to readjust the range on that one. Also, can you adjust the direction it's pointed at? Does it do damage in a wave (like a carpet bomb), or all at once?

About her being a figher- her kit seems kind of disjointed for that role? She mostly has long-range poke, with a short-range q and melee attacks. None of her abilities except for her q and auto-attack really make her go in- her kit as it stands is more mage-oriented.

In regards to character concept, a ramshackle inventor type is pretty cool! (Kind of shared by Rumble, but a giant robot's different enough from a bunch of home-made gadgets.) The only thing I'd hesitate on is having her share a backstory with almost all of the Piltover champs. She should be able to stand out on her own, without having to piggyback as a guest-star of other characters' lore. Come up with a compelling conflict that's all her own, and that's the sort of arena that she would really shine in. :)

The character has no escape mechanism whatsoever, maybe make it so that when she shoots her missile barrage that its so strong that it pushes her back a certain amount of area for each missile and so that maybe she can choose how much she wants to shoot? Idk just an idea. :)
