MasterKey Format a Bold Change in The Hot Key Meta

Hello After several days of working I have created a new hot key layout that will take the place of the the default one riot has set up. It is called the MasterKey Format and it is not for the faint of heart. It hold's great potential for anyone willing to put the time in to learn it. It is not set in stone and you are free to make any changes too it. The layout I have created Is just the foundation, but with the help of others through out the League of Legends community we will create something so majestic and beautiful that riot will be forced to use it has the 2015 world trophy.
