Duo Survival Map

I propose RIOT introduces a 5 duo team map. That is 5 teams of 2 all up against each other. The main reason is because lack of teamwork seems to be the biggest let down in games, by working as a duo team, teamwork is a must for survival. Also it would be pretty fun running around with a partner and a good opportunity to trial which champs work best together. Currently I am amazed that RIOT don't have more map styles to play, I understand the focus should always be on Summoners Rift and Ranked game-play, however there is a massive hole for potential maps. All the framework is set up, it shouldn't be that hard to throw a few extra maps out there for people to play around on.
