New Fizz Skin: Poison Dart Frog

So I don't have any graphics on this but I've had this idea for a long time. I think it would be cool for fizz to be bright colors like a green base with black patterns or black with yellow or blue with yellow.

He could be holding a small branch/twig as a weapon and his abilities would be the following

Q: he shoots his tongue out at the target and leaps to them W: he either rubs his back with his twig or puts his poison goo on his twig weapon E: Can stay the same as now, he hops on his twig and then hops off R: he can either throw a fly or some small insect out to the target area and then a giant bright colored frog can pop out of the ground hitting enemies.

Again, this is just a concept/idea that I had but I think fizz is long overdue for a new skin.
