(Champion Concept) Ficil The Vicious Maverick

Ficil The Vicious Maverick
Lore: Always in the move and never looking back sins he was a young child, Ficil can't seem to remember where his from. All he can remember is the promise he made to a close friend, to become the strongest and join the League. Ficil trained ever since he made the promise, traveling and fighting different enemies using his beloved sword and his growing magic to win his battles. One day he stumble upon Jayce in Piltover where they became friends. They both always sparring and fighting criminals they soon grab the attention from Piltover and get a request from them asking Jayce and Ficil to extract a rare crystal from the mines of Kalamanda, the accepted the request. The only problem they had was that they had little time before the League steps in and closes the doors for everyone and stop the chaos on Kalamanda. As they pass thru the war between Demacia and Noxus undetected they manage to find the rare crystal but also finding Skarner guarding the crystal. Ficil and Jayce planned to lure Skarner away from the crystal so that Jayce can grab. Ficil fought Skarner but when it was time to leave with Jayce and the rare crystal, Skarner trapped both himself and Ficil deep in the mines. Ficil knowing there was no time to waste and keep Jayce waiting, Ficil yells at Jayce to leave before anything else comes to stop them or finds out about them. Jayce agrees and tells Ficil that he will be waiting in Piltover. Ficil Replies "Don't wait for me or worry my friend, I'll be waiting for YOU in the League!"
Champion's Abilities
Phantom Skip- Ficil is able to teleport anywhere within a certain area after damaging an enemy champion once every 6 seconds. (Range: 777)
**Phantom Slash- **Ficil creates slashes at a certain location doing 70/110/150/190/210 + .15 ability power and + .45 attack damage. It causes disruption when hit with the slashes adding 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 second to every enemy’s spells. (Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 Mana) (Range: 875) (Cooldown: 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 Seconds)
**(During Omnipotent Soul) Ultimate Phantom Slash: **Ficil disappears and creates multiple slashes that slow for 30% in a certain location for 3 seconds doing 300/400/500 +.25 ability power and +.55 attack damage. It adds disruption for every slashes the enemy is hit with. (Range: 2500)
**Roundhouse Trip- **Ficil Throws his sword spinning straight through a path causing 50/70/90/110/130 +.5 attack damage per second and enemies caught gets pull along with the Sword. (Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 Mana) (Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Seconds) (Max Range: 700)
(During Omnipotent Soul)Ultimate Roundhouse Trip: Ficil throws his sword empower with his own soul straight forward, if an enemy champion is hit by his sword Ficil enter their body doing 7%/7%/7% +.7 ability damage per second and controls the body for 7 seconds. (Max Range: 777)
**Soul Blades- **Ficil regenerates soul blades each second and shoots them on the nearest enemy doing 30/50/70/90/110 +.25 ability power per hit. (Cost: 11/12/13/14/15 Mana) (Range: 550) (Cooldown: 1 Second) (This spell can critically hit)
(During Omnipotent Soul) Ultimate Soul BLades: Ficil suppresses an enemy champion, slashing the enemy doing 250/300/350 +.5 attack damage while creating Soul Blades depend on his attack speed (Multiplying by 10 of his total attack speed turns into Soul Blades) doing 10/15/20 +.01 ability power. (Range: 500)
Example: 1.25 will create 13 swords because it’s multiplied by 10.
Omnipotent Soul- Ficil becomes an all-powerful soul gaining (30/40/50) movement speed, (50%+) health regeneration, (60/70/80) armor, (60/70/80) magic resistance, for 7 seconds. Ficil can use one of his abilities to the full extent and cause a more powerful version of that ability. (Cost: 100 Mana) (Cooldown: 120/100/80 Seconds)

Before Phantom Skip: (whisper)"Here I come"
After Phantom Slash: (If it doesn't hit an enemy champion and is in range) "The jukes are real!"
During Roundhouse Trip: (If he hits one enemy champion) "Take a trip!"
During Ultimate Soul Blades: (Phase 1)-"Mess with the best" (Phase 2)-(If he kills the enemy champion)"Die like the rest!"
Before Omnipotent Soul: "You have met with a terrible faith..."
At Specific Champions: (To Jayce & the close friend not yet reveal)"Let's do this like old times!" (If Jayce & the close friend are enemies) "Show no mercy buddy!"
Base Concept
I basically put all my favorite heroes into one League of Legend Champion. I like the fact that I can see this champion as being able to play range as a melee champion but also close in for a kill and get out of situations where you could of being killed. You can also farm without missing any minions while harassing your enemy champion with Soul Blades. His ultimate can be really useful in many occasions as it has 3 options to overcome team fights. He ultimate can start team fights with Ultimate Phantom Slash, or change the odds in a team fight with Ultimate Roundhouse Trip, or take out one of their squishiest enemies champion with Ultimate Soul Blades in just a couple seconds. I believe Ficil is a well rounded champion that you guys would enjoy playing as, hope this champions makes it to the League and there will be more to come!
Visual Concept Ficil is a prove being without fear with his long black coat with white outlining and long katana like sword and semi-spiked midnight blue hair. I'm working in some art work but I welcome anyone that can make a visual art work of Ficil.
