[Champion Concept] Rohan - The Defiled Saboteur

"Restless and determined, two of many things that Rohan impersonates - Perhaps a little bit foolish, but common for a young boy like him. Though born in the heartless and cold Noxus, he cares more for his nation rather than for himself.

Rohan is one of few who was recruited and trained as an Saboteur. A Saboteur is similiar to the Assassin but focuses in war strategy. They are very important roles who sabotage enemy formations, information flow and the very enemy weapons that their very life depends on it.
However, this was once a important role before the wars and countless battles were paid with life. Now with the Institute of War, the Saboteur was a lost and useless class that didn't belong anymore in the world we live yet.

When the Saboteur class was created and trained on others, Rohan was the best amongst others. The most unusually thing was his skill in very young years, as if killing and destroying was something normal to him.
After the wars stopped, other Saboteurs changed their techniques mostly to be an Assassin or similiar like Thief, but only Rohan believed in the Saboteur technique even after it became useless.

Rohan's very wish is to sabotage the Institute of War and its very components that holds the war in cage. Rohan wants to bring chaos and destruction over the Fields of Justice, only to leave the remains of a peacefully world scattered in the ashes."

###Champion Explanation

• Rohan is an 14 year old boy. He is somewhat the gender counterpart to Annie who's been far too long the youngest and the only Champion below maturity.
• Rohan uses daggers and throws them (Ranged Champion). He can also throw his daggers with explosives to deal AoE damage around the Champion.. or even structures. As he is an Saboteur, his speciality lies in damage after preparation. He nukes the hell out ouf his targets after a specific amount of time. Similiar to Zilean, but more Assassin-like focused.
• Rohan was very young when he was recruited in Noxus as an Saboteur. He was because of his agile movements the best Saboteur and was partially the reason why Noxus could control and hold the south of Ionia. However, when the war ended and the Institute of War was erected over Runeterra, his presence was not needed anymore.
• Rohan, though a kid, can be sometimes too serious and sometimes too silly. He's pretty lazy, but will get a hold of himself once it gets serious.

###Concept Explanation & Personal Opinion

Rohan's a Saboteur who is rather specialized in long fights to burst his opponents. Nevertheless of his basic kit, his Ultimate also guarrantees immediate burst as long as it is enough.
Rohan's Innate Passive is made to both engage or to secure an escape when the enemy chaser is too low on health to keep on pursuing and fears the damage of his passive.
His Q is similiar to Ezreal's E, but it takes a bit longer to teleport, thus justifies. The craziest thing and probably the most abusive thing for Rohan's opponents, is that once he sinks in the portal and shows his body at both sides - he is able to receive damage at either entrance and exit portal, which makes him vulnerable.
The W ability is the main ability and is the core ability on which everything else is based on. Neat ability to nuke Rohan's enemies, but pretty short. If you buy items like Hurricane, you can actually place several bombs on a enemy group. In this way, you're dealing far more damage.
Despite of the main basic attacks, his E is helping him. Due to Rohan being a AP (or Hybrid) character, he can't stack his W ability fast enough without attackspeed. Because of this reason, his E deals one basic attack from range, then he dashes and deals again one basic attack on arrival and one basic attack again. If you combine it with previous basic attacks, you'll be stacking 6 stacks and escape with Q to then activate W and the enemy explodes immediately.
The Ultimate does not deal any damage, but gives Rohan a huge advantage. For example: You have Hurricane and you place all of your bombs on the enemy group. You execute W and they'll lose some HP.. and then? You use your ULTIMATE! to stack MORE and your W's ability cooldown is also reduced for each enemy unit hit. Two burts in short time. That's the potential of Rohan.

Over all Rohan is strong against slow melee bruisers without CC or assassin/mages who are not based on hit'n'run. Strong against Champions like Kassadin, Singed, Fizz, some Marksmans like Lucian, Ezreal. Weak against Renekton, Irelia, Le Blanc, Vayne, Quinn.
