I think it would be super amazing if riot would make an app for lol where u can spectate friends, buy riot points buy skins Champs, update runes or masteries.... Basically everything but actually play the game. If u can do one or two of those things it would be cool already.

I second this! Make the app for iOS as well.
Be able to look up champs/abilities/scalings on my phone because command+tab crashes the client and to this day I've only seen three Malz tops and don't know WTF they exactly do.
Check out LoL in one, not made by riot but contains useful things such as lolwiki and surrenderat20
On the Android market I use one called LoL Strategy. It gives you counter tips, free rotation, lore, skins, abilities and explinations but doesn't let you spec or change runes/masteries. It's not a bad app though, and it's free so I really can't complain.
