Gangplank support?
I made this video as a joke, and the match was simply me messing around but does anyone think that this is actually viable? I highly doubt it.

He sort of was before the change, bow he's just a straight up fighter. Then again I'm a bit bias since I don't think using a champ's passive/ult is a viable means of "support". 
shiv and zekes with either trinity or visage it could work, with a duo or competent enough player as your adc
