Shyvana's brother Serpens, what do you think?

Serpens is another word for dragon in Latin, so I thought that would be a good name. he will have fire claws for his (Q) move, increasing damage by an additional 50% and applies burn, dealing 5 damage for the next five seconds. his (W) will be Pyro blast, burning the ground in an area after dealing a burst of damage. his (E) will be magma spit, doing area damage at a range. obviously, (R) will be dragons ascension, causing (Q) to deal additional magic damage and make burn deal extra damage, (W) will cause him to catch fire, dealing damage to all melee attackers for a duration, and (E) will have heavily reduced cooldown for rapid fire. his passive will be crippled, making him gain 2 rage when attacked from behind and giving him +5% armor. in dragon form he will gain 5 rage when attacked from behind, and +10% armor. he will have a larger health stat than Shyvana, but lower attack damage. his lore I'm sure you'll like.

"stolen from his family at birth, he was raised by a rouge dragon who made many more allies as they journeyed to the western mountains to hide from prying eyes. but the mountains were not abandoned. mountain trolls had lived there in the caves for centuries began to wage war with the dragon community. for years Serpens trained to one day fight. when the stakes were at their highest, the dragon army began to push forward, and Serpens got on the field. he jumped to a troll and used his flaming Claws slice straight through him. another came at Serpens, and he summoned the power of fire and blasted the ground, sending the troll flying back while on fire. two more trolls began to assault him, and he spat magma and fried them. the troll forces were falling at his claws without number, and the troll king's cave was finally breached. it was time for Serpens's true form, A mighty dragon. the moment Serpens got into the cave he blasted magma towards the back, and he was responded to by an Axe thrown his way. he lunged, and gashed open the king's arm, but the troll would not give up. he managed to get a boulder and crush a wing of Serpens, throwing him off. Serpens blasted him with magma,and the kings leg was burned off of him. then king would not go down without laying a permanent mark on Serpens, and threw a poisoned axe at Serpens crushed wing. it would now never heal. Serpens was fed up with the king, and charred his mangled body to a crisp, and devoured him. the dragons, never lost that mountain. soon Serpens heard of his sister, and grew jealous. he would not stand, for a second half dragon. he now hunts her, and they will soon meet in an epic battle for supremacy.
