The League of Legends Guitar Project

Hey everyone ! My name is Maxime Monfette and today I'm here to tell you about a special project my dad and I have been working on for a few months. Last year, at the 2014 World Championship Finals, I watched ''Imagine Dragons'' playing on stage and this is where I got the idea of creating a League of Legends guitar. I thought it would be awesome for the guitarist to play with a League of Legends themed guitar. My dad has been building high quality custom guitars for over 10 years and so I knew this project would be possible to realize.

I will go through all the details on this post, for those who want to know more about the guitar. First of all, that guitar will be specially designed for heavy metal music. The body will be made of mahogany and basswood. The shape of the guitar will be carved into a summoner and painted in chrome. The rest will be painted in high gloss black. The summoner's ball will be a decal entirely made with Photoshop, by myself (the one you see on the video is the draft version of the ball). The guitar neck will be made of maple and ebony. The lightning inlay will be made of turquoise Phoenix stone. The peghead will have the shape of the original 2014 World Championship Cup's base. A League of Legends' logo decal will be placed on there too, as well as various inlaid apatite gemstones. With its gloss-like finish, the guitar will look amazing.
