Oh! This is amazing! The pose is awesome and the new shading technique seems to be working for you! The only thing I'd say is that the hair isn't properly conveying the sheer crazy speed of her ascent. She could be perfectly stationary, were it not for the speed-lines coming off her ears, etc. I imagine it's tricky as hell to get reference for "small elfin-faced smiling maniac in a wind tunnel" though. Little bit specific. ;)
