Got a new idea about 'Character Mastery'

So i have been thinking for a while know, do you know about the Bilge-water/black market brawler quests? when i thought up a concept similar to that is was based around if you got level 5 on a character you unlocked like a self portrait of that character as your summoner profile picture.
Like theses; , , , being your profile picture. This is great way to show of your favorite character and to show off other characters you mastered. I hope you consider my thoughts and out them to good use anyways thanks for everything and a wonderful game.
