Passive: Living Silhouette - After 5 critical strikes on an enemy champion, Kage becomes stealthed for a brief period of time. His next basic attack is a guaranteed critical strike that does even more damage than a normal critical strike.

Q: Mark of the Abyss - Kage fires a straight line pass through skill shot, which deals physical damage all units it comes into contact with, and marks enemy champions. If the mark is popped by Kage's basic attack, the target takes magic damage over time, and has reduced healing effects.

Deep in the heart of Ionia there was a cave from which no light could get in; or out. A young explorer ventured into this cave, but without the ability to see, he soon grew lost. He heard voices in his head that drew him to insanity, as they grew louder and louder. After the voices had complete control of his mind, it compelled him to slaughter all who crossed his path. The voices enlightened him, trained him, so that the darkness was his guiding light. He traveled with ease through the winding corridors of the cave until he emerged into the outside world, where he found his crew. In one swift stroke he whipped his rifle out, and without warning he opened fire, killing them all in a hailstorm of bullets. His thirst not yet quenched, he went out into the world spilling blood all across the land. With each kill he grew more bloodthirsty, until he attracted the attention of the most infamous demon hunters. One by one they came to fight him, and one by one they were purged from the Earth.
In a last ditch effort to contain this otherworldly scourge, he was invited into the league, where he was promised unending battle with the mightiest of warriors. Without hesitation he accepted this, taking it on as a challenge. The dark energies inside him swelled as he harvested souls, and were now ready to scrap with the best of them.

on top of that. You should at least modify it to only gain stacks when hitting champions and reduce the stealth duration to less than one second.

, his low mana would no longer be an issue, thus my point remains that he is vastly overpowered, even for a late game/hypercarry champ.
