LOL Announcer pack, Return of The Flamboyant

I just finished repacking this old HON voice pack to use in LOL. Once upon a time it worked with the old UT announcer mod but after the voice files were changed by Riot it broke it. I've spent about 8 hours getting this ready and checking to make sure it works. Its not perfect but its very enjoyable to play with. The instructions and voice file are packed inside the RAR archive, and the install instructions are exactly the same as Blakinolas announcer pack found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/2ktwcj/blakinola_announcer_pack_now_available/
