This sort of thing isn't efficient at all for video editors, considering that they have to communicate with another person over the internet, and that can easily get in the way of the creative process. If you want to create youtube videos, then you should start out by yourself and make something that will force blood, sweat and tears out of you first to really know what it is that you want out of it.
