Looks amazing but I feel the mask could use alittle work.

I actually really like this concept. I do feel as though the mask matches Kennen, since he is the Heart of the Tempest and is supposed to be the one to reach out to his enemies. The fact that it's less terrifying than Akali and Shen's makes this perfectly clear. Riot pls.
