new skin for katarina
skin should be called "katarina the ballerina" cause she spins with her ult think it would be a pretty sweet skin

I love Kat but I agree. I think the artists have a hard time being inspired by some of the champs maybe.
Katarina has a bunch of skins already. She has legacy skins too while other champions don't have any special type of skin
