New Tutorial, start at the source

After much raging and aggravation on how people act and the lack of sportsmanlike conduct on top of a lack of team playing ability. I realized that this comes from the source, players naturally play and cater to themselves. SO in an attempt to try alleviate some of this frustration, I would like to submit an idea that the tutorial be slightly extended to add a team component into it, ***putting all new accounts in the same tutorial ***expressing the importance of it and guiding new players through a game narrated by the announcer on how they should proceed much like the tutorial already is. The details and specifics are left open to RIOTS wisdom however I believe this will help the situation because at this point in toxicity, this can't hurt.

PS Jungle Main been with the gaming community since season one and I have seen the advancements and falls, and just want to help this community better
