Bilgewater, the city of neutrality. There never was any law. The black market, where you can even smell the criminal things going over and under the table. In a small street between some dealers and weapon sellers she found what she was searching for. A new pack of Flamechompers. She was giggling crazy and held her hands while she mumbled something. "I knew she would be here" Caitlyn said to Vi while aiming with her big gun on the clueless girl. Vi was smiling. "Don't you have someone else to bother?" she was mocking the both cops. "Very poor you'll never catch me, Hatlady!" When the finger on Caitlyn's weapon lowered to pull the trigger there was a loud bang. Vi was perplexed as she saw that Jinx blew up the ground below her to use the shockwave to reach the roofs of the city. "Like i said!" she kept mocking. "Vi! Operation: LiftUp!" Caitlyn commanded. Vi nodded. She laied her hands into each other while Caitlyn was running to her. She was katapulting Caitlyn up to the roof where Jinx was standing triumphantly giggling just a second ago. Now she ran, loud cackling above the roofs. Caitlyn shot some of her nets after Jinx but failed all of 'em. Jinx threw her new bought flamechompers into Caitlyns direction. The chompers did what they where supposed to do. The woman of law now was unable to move. Jinx knelt on the ground now. The cackling turned into a whine. "My sweet little childs!" She sat on the roof and cried in front of Caitlyns eyes. Under hellish pain she shot another net onto Jinx. Finally she got her and was able to move again. While packing out the handcuffs Caitlyn said : "Sorry girl, i kept the fuzzy cuffs at home." Jinx, now obvious angry answered energetic : "I told ya, it won't be that easy!" "Hey Fishbones? Shall we escape?" she turned to her rocket launcher. "No, we should show responsibility for our doings." she was imitating it. "Ha, you don't believe yourself, do you?" she amused. Again there was a loud bang and a hole in the roof of the house they where at. Jinx was gone and at the net that kept her there was just a little pink colored note. Written on it was : "Have a nice day ;)"
