Skin Competition Idea

Would it be cool (or even legal) for you guys to do a 5 week long contest where the community makes their own skins and submits them to you. Then, a list of the top 50 or 100 skins is set up and people vote on which skins they think are the best. After that, you guys can put the top 5-10 skins into the game and the makers of each skin get a cut from the profits made off their skin being purchased. Obviously the creators would need to make everything for the skin like splash arts and in game models/ability effects considering it probably takes a lot of time and resources for you guys to do that stuff. But i look around and people come up with some incredible skins that will never be used in LoL when they really should be. Just a thought. Would be a really cool event though. I do suppose people might be able to copyright skins and stuff though, so that's something to look out for...
