Does he not have an E Ability? This champion seems more like a Xin Zhao rework, in my opinion. No offense. I sort of like his passive, but relying on death isn't a very good tactic, but could be somewhat useful in team fights. 1000 Range might be a bit too much in my opinion. I'm also not too sure how his Ultimate works. Does it only affect allies standing on the line itself?

He does have an E, it's the cleanse/shield spell. His W I've been having difficulty coming up with something thematic. As for his Ultimate, yes they need to stand in the zone for allies to gain the bonus. (think a rumble ult you want to be in)

Unfortunately I doubt I'll be completing this concept. I had some surgery on Thursday and recovery has kept me from working on this.

Since I won't be able to finish it all, the idea for this champion was that of a Martial Leader, a support who bolsters ally morale. Lore wise, he was an old general who fought in the Rune Wars before retiring to Ionia. Unfortunately, from his perspective he can see an impending war greater than the Rune Wars boiling underneath the League. He joins the fight both to support Karma and watch her to ensure she doesn't fall from the path of peace. He also wishes for this to be his final battle and to have the honour to die as a hero on the battlefield. (Hence the heal on death passive).

The problems I had were trying to create a champ who boost's ally's strength without turning him into Sona 2.0.
